Our team

Ainsley is a Senior Occupational Therapist. She has a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelors Degree in Public Health. Ainsley has over four years experience working as an Occupational Therapist in the NDIS, and additional years of clinical occupational therapy experience in acute hospital care, acute mental health, as well as years of industry experience in mobility and healthcare equipment.  This experience ensures a wealth of knowledge to allow Ainsley to provide evidence-based, best practice and client-centered care, achieving positive outcomes with the people she works with. Ainsley prides herself in being a strong advocate for the independence, choice and control for the participants she works with. She values the opportunity to build strong relationships and provides an holistic approach to care.
